Herm Personal Automation (“the tool”) is a private automation tool operated by a single individual for their own personal use.
The tool is not offered to the public. There is no registration, no account creation for third parties, and no support commitment to anyone other than its owner. No warranty of any kind is provided, and the tool is used entirely at its owner's discretion.
The tool may access services belonging to its owner, including the owner's Google account, under that owner's authorization and subject to those providers' own terms. Access is limited to the minimum permission needed for the task at hand — in the case of Gmail, read-only.
Nothing produced by the tool constitutes legal, financial, medical, or tax advice. The owner remains responsible for their own decisions.
The tool may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time, since it serves only its owner.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the owner's place of residence. They may be updated from time to time; the current version always appears on this page.
